Lead Software Engineer

This role will focus on architecting observability, standardizing data, and engineering pipelines for the AI & Insights team. As a technical leader, you will drive the adoption of OpenTelemetry standards, build high-performance pipelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and data contracts for AIOps and AI-driven insights. You will be part of a cross-functional team across Noida, Warsaw, and Kyiv, and will have the opportunity to work with innovative technologies such as MS Azure Fabric, OneLake, and Medallion architecture.
