This role is responsible for executing daily service deliverables, collecting and distributing financial instrument data, and resolving client questions and data analysis issues. The role requires a client-focused mindset, knowledge of financial instruments, and experience with data vendor feeds and EDM platforms.

Execute daily service deliverables, collect and distribute financial instrument data, resolve client questions and data analysis issues, and maintain documentation of business processes and functional descriptions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with data vendor feeds (Bloomberg, IDC, Reuters, etc.) and display products
• Deep knowledge of traditional and non-traditional financial instruments and markets
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance or engineering
• Solving master and reference data issues based on exception handling
• Applying operational data management and data governance
• Process design and engineering experience
• Requirements engineering and data modelling experience
• Experience with EDM platforms
• Experience with service request systems or any other similar ticketing tool
