Job Description
SimIS is seeking a Junior Test and Evaluation Analyst to provide technical and analytical support to the Operational Test and Evaluation Force in defining, conducting, and analyzing structured Operational Test and Evaluation of US Navy Undersea Warfare systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or data science, or related field.
- 2 years of T&E Experience, such as Integrated Evaluation Framework (IEF) development, Test Plan Development, Test Execution, Test Analysis and Reporting, and Modeling and Simulation experience supporting developmental or operational testing.
- 2 years of system-level experience operating/maintaining/testing of USW systems.
- Current working knowledge of the Navy and multi-service missions, operations, logistics, management, and organizational responsibilities.
- DAWIA T&E Level I or equivalent certification is desirable.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
