Job Description
SimIS is seeking a Program Manager to provide technical and analytical support to Operational Test and Evaluation Force (T&E) in the definition, conduct, and analysis of structured Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) of US Navy Undersea Warfare systems.
Requirements
- BS Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or Communications
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or similar certification
- 4 years of experience in planning and organizing work tasks, developing test plans, collecting data, and performing reconstruction and analysis for test and evaluation
- Working knowledge of the DoD 5000 series, SECNAVINST 5000 series, and OPNAVINST 5000.42 series instructions (Defense Acquisition)
- DAWIA T&E Level I or equivalent certification
- Proficient in developing Plan of Actions and Milestones for delivering Operational Test and Evaluation or related products
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
