
Job description
Solutions Architects are responsible for integrating and onboarding new customers, onboarding existing customers to new product offerings. They execute short and long-term customer projects through a queue, coordinating with the CS organization to deliver technical discovery, stakeholder management, and architectural recommendations.
Lead customer onboarding and professional services engagements, contribute to process design and improvement, drive rapid time-to-value through quality project execution, and work with CS, product, and engineering teams to advise on technology stack integration.
We're looking for process-oriented people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love learning. You'll take ownership of technical workstreams, advocate for customer business use-cases, and maintain internal stakeholders to foster a cohesive customer experience.
