Job description
Lead and mentor DevOps engineers, define and drive DevOps strategy, oversee Azure cloud infrastructure, and support AI/ML solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and govern Infrastructure as Code. Ensure effective CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Provide day-to-day guidance, remove blockers, and act as an escalation point. Set clear goals and expectations, including regular 1:1s and performance feedback. Define and drive the DevOps strategy aligned with enterprise standards.
Several years of experience in a medium to large corporate environment or software house. Experience working with remote engineering teams with diverse backgrounds. Strong leadership and ability to develop and guide engineers.
