Job Description
The Executive Assistant will be the first point of contact for the Office of the President and must be able to administratively support activities within the Office of the President. They must be comfortable acting as a professional representative of the President's office and the Simons Foundation.
Requirements
- Act as the first point of contact
- Manage contacts, lists, and databases
- Prepare and respond to routine correspondence
- Coordinate the Office of the President's activities
- Assist with organizing meetings
- Manage the organization of business dinners and smaller events
- Attend to the President's personal business
- Draft high-quality letters, reports, and presentation materials
- Provide project support for Board and Committee responsibilities
- Foster and build good working relationships
- Perform administrative tasks
- Conduct research and take on special projects
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned
