The Simons Foundation is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to lead the strategy and execution of high-impact, multi-channel marketing efforts that advance our scientific and grantmaking mission.
Requirements
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, paid channels, and events in consultation with the SVP of External Relations
- Translate program priorities and research initiatives into integrated marketing plans with clear goals, timelines, and measurable KPIs
- Serve as a strategic partner to program and grants leadership, advising on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market approaches
- Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies to effectively reach researchers, institutions, and key stakeholders
- Design audience journeys that drive engagement and action (e.g., funding applications, event participation)
- Partner with editorial, digital, and creative teams to develop content, storytelling and multimedia assets that support campaign objectives
- Manage workflows, timelines, and campaign calendars, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality work
