Senior Software Engineer

We're a high-tech home security company seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and scale validation platforms and services used across engineering. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional software engineering experience and strong software design and object-oriented programming skills, with hands-on experience in Python and/or JavaScript.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating distributed systems or cloud-native services
• Strong software design and object-oriented programming skills, with hands-on experience in Python and/or JavaScript
• Experience building and operating systems in AWS or similar cloud environments
• Experience building APIs, automation tooling, internal platforms, or developer-facing systems
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across service boundaries and system layers
