Job Description
The successful candidate will join the Credit Card billing/refund/accounting Unit in SIA Finance Division, managing transactions, billings, and refunds, and handling disputes. Overseeing operational duties, the incumbent will work with Projects/IT to conceptualize and implement system enhancements.
Requirements
- University degree in accounting or business administration
- Prior experience in Accounts Receivable and General Ledger
- Prior experience or working knowledge of the airline and payments industry
- Knowledge of AI and automation tools
- Driven individual
- Possess initiative

- Good interpersonal and communication skills style
