AI - First Talent Recruiter

Role Overview

We're looking for a values-obsessed, AI-forward Talent Recruiter to aggressively source and screen candidates who live and breathe Single Grain's core values. You'll own the first round values screen across all open roles, drive a daily outbound cadence, and keep our hiring funnel humming so every seat is filled inside 45 days.

What You Will Do

Run decisive 15 to 30-minute Zoom screens, hit 10-20 personalized outbound touches per open role per day, and maintain and iterate a values-based rubric.

Requirements

• 3+ years sourcing or full-cycle recruiting in fast-growth SaaS or agency environments
• Demonstrated AI recruiting ops beyond ChatGPT
• Proven history filling multiple roles simultaneously
• Relentless learner: continuous up-skilling with evidence
• Data fluency: funnel analytics; basic Sheets/SQL a plus
• Clear, candid communicator; thrives on blunt feedback
• Near-shore (U.S., Canada, LATAM) with dependable U.S. business-hour overlap
