Manager, People & Culture

As a Manager, People & Culture, you will provide people advisory to business leaders, manage HR initiatives, and resolve staff conflicts. You will work closely with business leaders to achieve business unit's strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration with focus in Human Resources Management preferred
• IHRP certified
• At least 5 years of HR business partnering experience
• Collaborative and outcome focus
• Good working knowledge of employment legislation, general HR policies and best practices
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong people skills with ability to influence and manage staff of all levels
• Hands-on with ability to multi-task in a fast moving and rapidly changing environment
• Analytical and able to work comfortably with numbers
