Project Director, Data & AI Engineering

NCS is a leading technology services firm seeking an experienced Project Director – Data & AI Engineering to lead large scale Data and AI initiatives. You will oversee multiple streams, bring clarity to execution, and ensure programs deliver tangible business value.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 15 plus years in IT with at least 5 years in a Project Director or senior program management role.
• Proven delivery experience in data platforms, analytics, and data science.
• Strong track record in project turnaround and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Public sector experience in a SI environment.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Skilled in project financial management and budget control.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
• Comfortable managing projects under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
