Job Description
Singtel is seeking a Senior AI Platform Operations Engineer to lead the next phase of their AI evolution. This role focuses on ensuring the high availability, reliability, and performance of their Azure-based AI cloud platform, working closely with MLOps, LLMOps, and engineering teams to integrate automation, observability, and security best practices. The company's mission is to empower every generation through AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in cloud administration and/or operations
- Deep expertise in Azure operations and monitoring services
- Strong background in incident management, SRE practices, and disaster recovery design
- Hands-on experience with cloud security operations
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code and automation scripting
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure
- Knowledge of security compliance frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
