Job Description
Sistema.bio is seeking an E&S Senior Manager to design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive E&S Management System across all operational regions. The role ensures robust E&S risk identification, impact mitigation, operational safety, and compliance with international standards and local regulations.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Environmental and Social management
- Proven expertise in applying global E&S standards (e.g., IFC PS, World Bank EHS Guidelines, ISO standards)
- Exceptional collaboration skills
- Ability to work with technical experts
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence decision-making at senior management level
