As an Operations Associate, you will support the growth of the operational support model for structured Asset-Based Finance (ABF) investing activities, including private funds and separately managed accounts of insurance company clients. Responsibilities include pipeline management, asset setup, cash management, trade settlement, client bank account and custodial integrations, and deal execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in operations, treasury, and/or middle and/or back-office operations at a buy-side organization
- Experience with Advent Geneva, Allvue/Black Mountain, and accounting sub-ledger vendors (ie., Clearwater, Aladdin, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of insurance and/or asset/liability management operations
- Strong communication, presentation, and Excel skills
- Commercial and results-oriented, but uncompromising on tight controls and processes
