Senior Construction Supervisor

Skanska is seeking a Senior Construction Supervisor to manage and supervise construction works at a central London commercial development. The role involves promoting site safety culture, managing trade contractors, and overseeing subcontractors. The successful candidate will have a construction-related qualification to HNC level, relevant experience, and a current Managers CSCS card.

Requirements

• Construction related qualification to HNC level
• Member, or working towards membership, of a professional institution (MCIOB/ICE highly desirable)
• Be in possession of a current Managers CSCS card and other relevant qualifications including SMSTS & First Aider Qualified
• Suitable experience as a Construction Supervisor on similar size, and type, projects for a tier 1 main contractor preferred
