Join Skillz and level up your Career! As a Learning and Development Specialist, you'll design and deliver onboarding experiences that make new hires feel set up for success from day one. You'll build programs that are structured where they need to be and personal where it matters most.

Requirements

• Support the design and continuous improvement of the new hire onboarding experience
• Assist in building and updating training content
• Coordinate and help facilitate onboarding sessions, training workshops, and learning events
• Support the development and coordination of manager training programs
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Track and report on key L&D metrics
• Partner with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure training materials are accurate and up to date
• Support the continuous improvement of L&D processes and documentation
