Requirements
- Support the design and continuous improvement of the new hire onboarding experience
- Assist in building and updating training content
- Coordinate and help facilitate onboarding sessions, training workshops, and learning events
- Support the development and coordination of manager training programs
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Track and report on key L&D metrics
- Partner with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure training materials are accurate and up to date
- Support the continuous improvement of L&D processes and documentation
