Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience (lead or supervisor preferred)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate warehouse equipment
• Forklift experience (or willingness to get certified)
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using basic software / inventory systems
• Team player with leadership mindset
