Lead and support transformational change initiatives/ improvement workstreams, carry out reviews of areas of potential improvement and develop and formulate recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency by focusing on the customer value flow and commercial goals of the business.

Requirements

• Broad experience working in and leading change in product engineering organisations
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Ability simplify complex concepts in an ambiguous environment, shape work packages and deliver them
• Understanding of change management methodologies and economic factors related to implementing change
• Knowledge of / qualifications in Lean/Kanban/Agile
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
