Engineering Associate

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering/Science or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with technical expertise and knowledge in lithography, dry/wet etch, thin film sputtering, backgrinding, laser marking, and plating and bonding.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with statistical tools such as Minitab and JMP.
• Experience in SPC and OCAP.
• Positive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a clean room environment and on rotating 12-hours shift.
