Requirements

• Previous experience in operation of electronic manufacturing equipment
• Handling of analog/digital measurement equipment (Microscope)
• Interpretation of electrical and mechanical drawings
• Interpretation of design plans
• Report and data handling in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)
• Handling of equipment for Sawing, Back grinding, Laser Dicing, Laser Groove and T&R (desirable)
