Job description
Skyworks is seeking an Engineering Technician in Reliability to perform qualifications of new products, packages, and processes. This includes performing electrical tests, high-temperature life tests, and other tests. The technician will have the opportunity to suggest and implement ideas to the process related to their work.
Perform material loading in temperature ovens, humidity, and reflow stress on pieces. Perform temperature cycles, HAST, UHAST, and HTS tests. Create and maintain qualification plans using Excel sheets.
4+ years of Product Reliability experience or performing HTOL and environmental testing. Good communication skills are essential. Experience using Microsoft Office (MS) package, preferably Excel.
