Requirements

• Act as first level support for the process dicing team.
• Support daily wafer dicing operation that includes wafer mounting, saw dicing, inspection duties.
• To support in shifty lot disposition activities
• Follow through the established work instructions and work procedures on all work performed.
• Work with responsible engineers in dicing operation for quality control, process control and continuous improvements in dicing processes and procedures.
• Document and report any nonconformal event and assist root cause analysis.
• Attending to day-to-day dicing issues, perform troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with equipment team on maintaining equipment in good operating condition and in calibration.
• Assist in providing briefing, guidance and training to production team in regard to dicing process and control
• Participate in project DOE (Design of Experiment) initiatives by process owners and suggest improvement ideas, potentially helping to develop and implement them.
• Actively demonstrate a passion for continuous learning.
• Any Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
