Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team in Barcelona. As a key driver in identifying and attracting top talent, you will thrive here if your passion is communication, you are data-driven, creative in your search strategies, and passionate about building engaged teams in a fast-paced tech environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience in a fast-paced start-up or hyper-growth tech company
• Experience in Tech recruitment is highly a plus
• Proven experience managing both high-volume recruitment and specialist/niche searches
• Strong experience in direct sourcing and headhunting techniques
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) are mandatory
