Requirements

• Manage application and system accesses
• Oversee employee IT lifecycle management
• Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures
• Provide first and second-line IT support to colleagues
• Manage IT assets and be responsible for provisioning devices via a Mobile Device Management solution
• Manage and monitor the internal network components and Microsoft 365 environment
