Job description
Join SMART as a Mechanical Engineer to ensure environmental conditions and critical building systems are maintained to the highest standard. Work on PPM, reactive, and breakdown tasks on mechanical systems, including HVAC, hot & cold-water systems, and generators.
Carry out routine PPM, reactive tasks, and breakdown work on mechanical systems. Complete paperwork and ensure compliance with contractual KPIs/SLAs. Maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
