Job description
Conducts activities for clients/patient groups, working individually or as a member of the treatment team. Assists patients in leisure activities to engage and improve mind, body, and spirit.
Requisition, store, and maintain equipment and supplies. Implement and deliver recreational therapy that serves to have a positive effect on the physical, mental and emotional well-being of psychiatric inpatients.
Must have a Bachelor Degree in Recreation or a related field and 1-year professional recreation experience in a therapeutic instructional or rehabilitation setting.
