Graphic Design - Traineeship [Portugal]

We're seeking a Graphic Designer Trainee with strong interest in ecommerce, digital performance, and AI-assisted design. This role bridges creative execution and conversion-focused design, supporting global marketing campaigns, onsite visuals, and promotional assets across multiple markets.

Requirements

• 0-2 years experience in digital or ecommerce design (internships or trainee roles accepted)
• Solid foundation in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign a plus)
• Basic to intermediate Figma skills (layouts, components, responsiveness)
• Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, and visual clarity
• Interest in conversion-driven design, not just aesthetics
