Graphic Design - Traineeship [Spain]

We're seeking a Graphic Designer Trainee with strong interest in ecommerce, digital performance, and AI-assisted design. This role bridges creative execution and conversion-focused design.

Requirements

• 0–2 years experience in digital or ecommerce design
• Solid foundation in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign a plus)
• Basic to intermediate Figma skills
• Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, and visual clarity
• Interest in conversion-driven design
• Comfortable with feedback, iterations, and changing priorities
• Curious, proactive, eager to learn new tools and workflows
• Strong interest in AI, design automation, and future-facing creative tools
