Technical Project Manager (IT & UX)

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead complex digital and e-commerce projects within our IT & UX team. This role is ideal for a strong project manager with a solid technical background who has previously worked as a backend or full-stack developer and can confidently engage in architectural, implementation, and performance discussions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a developer (backend or full stack)
• Proven project management experience in IT, digital, or e-commerce environments, including stakeholder management
• Hands-on e-commerce project experience
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with RESTful API design and integrations
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to balance technical excellence and delivery pragmatism
• Strong product and business mindset, with an understanding of end-to-end value chains and customer journeys
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 5 years of experience in IT, digital, or e-commerce environments
