Technical Project Manager (IT & UX)

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead complex digital and e-commerce projects within our IT & UX team. The role is ideal for a strong project manager with a solid technical background who has previously worked as a backend or full-stack developer and can confidently engage in architectural, implementation, and performance discussions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a developer (backend or full stack), with a strong understanding of modern web architectures.
• Proven project management experience in IT, digital, or e-commerce environments, including stakeholder management.
• Hands-on e-commerce project experience, such as websites, OMS/WMS, SEO, data analytics, and system integrations (payments, logistics, marketplaces, ERP).
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience or familiarity with RESTful API design and integrations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, PMs, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to balance technical excellence and delivery pragmatism.
• Strong product and business mindset, with an understanding of end-to-end value chains and customer journeys.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT, digital, or e-commerce environments.
• Experience with migration projects is a plus.
