
Job description
Works in a support role to assist with installs and service calls, assisting with daily procedures and paperwork. Develops and maintains proficiency in equipment interconnection, cable routing, and basic troubleshooting.
Assists with equipment interconnection and cable routing, pre-wire and retro-wire standards, basic troubleshooting of simple systems, and completion of ProSource University within the first year of employment.
Requires excellent communication skills, ability to use hand and power tools, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
