As a Customer Success Associate on our Global Strategic Accounts team, you'll help Smartly's largest and most innovative customers execute, optimize, and scale campaigns across paid social and programmatic media.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, media operations, customer success, or marketing analytics
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work Eastern Time (EST) hours to support our US based global accounts
