
Job description
Assist in the development and implementation of technology-based election solutions, testing web applications, and designing applications to meet functional and technical requirements. Work in a fast-paced environment with the engineering team to learn, teach, pair, and explore new technologies.
Test web applications, assist in design, lead quality assurance team's implementations, provide support in project requirements analysis, and report incidents. Analyze current programs, diagnose and troubleshoot problems, and work with software teams on defect management.
Provide product support, generate and review documentation, and adopt and follow team quality assurance and engineering best practices.
