Senior Product Operations Manager

We're looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to build scalable, efficient, and high-impact product operations at SmartRecruiters, a values-driven, globally focused tech company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in Product Operations or equivalent product-operating roles within a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to understand, connect, and improve how people, processes, and tools work together
• Proven ability to drive adoption of new ways of working through influence, coaching, and stakeholder engagement
• Analytical skills and comfort using data to diagnose problems and drive change
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across all seniority levels
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities in complex environments
• Curiosity and interest in emerging practices, tooling, and technology
