
Job description
As an IT Second Level Support Engineer, you will be the central technical point of contact for our customer projects, analyzing incidents and ensuring stable and functioning systems.
You will process Second-Level-Tickets, conduct technical analysis of disturbances and incidents, and perform remote access to customer systems.
You should have several years of experience in Second Level IT Support, very good knowledge of Linux and Windows servers, and experience with remote access and log handling.
