We are looking for an IT Service Desk Employee (m/f/d) - Workplace & Client Support to be the central point of contact (SPOC) for our users and ensure a stable, modern, and user-friendly IT workplace.
Requirements
- Completed IT education (e.g. qualified IT specialist system integration) or a comparable qualification
- Experience in IT service desk, workplace or client support
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune
- Experience with ticket systems
- Knowledge of MDM environment (e.g. Ivanti, Intune)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
