Requirements

• Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program
• Minimum of three years of previous patient care experience in a clinic setting
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse in State of Tennessee, or current Physician Assistant licensed to practice in State of Tennessee
