Analyze and collect needs from business departments, write functional specifications, manage backlogs, design user journeys, and coordinate with tech teams.
3+ years of experience in Business Analysis in the financial sector, expertise in payment flows and credit lending issues, mastery of insurance fundamentals, excellent writing and communication skills, and a strong digital culture.
