
Job description
Administer leave requests, benefits programs, and provide customer service to employees. Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Administer company leave programs, support employee benefits, and assist with compliance and audit testing. Maintain accurate data in HRIS and work with third-party administrators.
Requires a thorough understanding of Employee Benefit Plans, applicable laws, and regulations. Must be able to multitask, work in a team environment, and maintain confidentiality.
