Job description
Smithfield is seeking an AI Enablement Analyst to support the adoption of approved AI tools across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, and enterprise analytics teams. This entry-level role will help business users apply AI to practical day-to-day work, including reporting automation, workflow improvement, prompt development, documentation, training support, and responsible AI usage.
Support business teams as they learn to use approved AI tools, assist with AI office hours, training sessions, demonstrations, and small-group enablement workshops, help translate business problems into clear AI use cases, and create simple, practical examples that show employees how AI can reduce manual work, improve analysis speed, and improve documentation quality.
