Smithfield Foods is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and innovation in industrial equipment automation and be able to drive cutting-edge automation projects for the pork industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience in a position of leadership, including team development and management
• Ability to apply sound engineering principles to operational and design issues
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word processing software
