Rise Power Systems is a manufacturer of UL 845 Motor Control Centers, UL 1558 Metal-Enclosed Switchgear, and Modular E-House solutions. We are seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the modular E-House product line.
Requirements
- Define E-House platform architecture, including layouts, structural standards, and integration zones
- Develop standardized design templates to reduce engineering effort and enable scalable configurations
- Own fabrication and assembly standards to ensure consistency and manufacturability
- Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA), incorporating production feedback for continuous improvement
- Ensure products meet all applicable UL and regulatory compliance requirements
- Partner with Program Management to align Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain on execution
- Support and contribute to execution of scope, cost, and schedule across programs
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and support customer design and system integration discussions for major pursuits
