VTC / AV Technician

SNAP seeks a VTC / AV Technician to provide video teleconferencing (VTC) and audiovisual (AV) support services, including routine maintenance of video cameras, microphones, projectors, and flat-panel displays.

Requirements

• Provide VTC/AV technician services to conduct routine maintenance of video cameras, microphones, projectors and flat-panel displays, touch screens, Smart boards, speakers, amplifiers and other VTC associated equipment.
• Be proficient in the operation of Creston touch panels, Tandberg Codecs, Multipoint Controlling Units (MCU) and associated audio/video equipment.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
• Have strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
