Applications Engineering Manager

Role Overview

The Applications Engineering Manager will lead and grow Mountz’ Applications Engineering team, shaping the future of customer-facing technical services while acting as a critical bridge between customers, marketing, product and engineering teams, and development partners.

What You Will Do

Build, shape, and grow the Applications Engineering team, design and contribute to strategic Applications Engineering initiatives, establish and track KPIs for team effectiveness, and foster a culture of accountability and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing a technical team
• Strong understanding of PLC systems, electromechanical systems, MES systems, and fastening and assembly processes
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits

• Salary: $170K - $180K / year
• Travel: 25% (domestic and international)
