SnapMagic is hiring a Head of Business Operations to join their leadership team and help drive both strategy and execution across the company.

Requirements

• Own clarity, cadence, and follow-through across the company
• Partner with the CEO and functional leaders to turn priorities into clear plans
• Identify repetitive, manual, or coordination-heavy work and replace it with better systems, automation, AI workflows, or vendor leverage
• Maintain clean, reliable systems across HubSpot, financial tooling, documentation, and internal workflows
• Partner on strategic company initiatives
