Requirements
- A passion for ecology
- A good working knowledge of the natural environment and wildlife legislation
- The ability to undertake UKHab surveys, Preliminary Ecological Assessment, Ecological Impact Assessment and Biodiversity Net Gain assessments
- Good report writing skills
- Strong botanical skills, including Field Identification Skills Certificate (FISC) level 3+, or demonstrable botanical ability matching this level
- Experience in protected species survey, mitigation and licensing
- An understanding of the importance of work winning, through both bidding and maintaining strong client relationships
- Membership of CIEEM or equivalent
- Full driving licence
