Business Partner in Human Resources will provide advisory services to a dedicated clientele of managers and employees, contributing to the company's strategy by identifying, prioritizing, and building organizational capabilities, structures, and processes. They will also provide interface to clients to manage key HR processes, coach and guide managers in key areas, and provide advice and support on labor laws and the application of disciplinary and administrative measures.
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of experience as a Business Partner in HR
- Bachelor's degree in industrial relations or human resource management
- Member of the Order of Certified Human Resource Professionals (CHRP)
- Experience in a unionized environment and collective bargaining (asset)
- Excellent analytical and advisory skills
- Facility to create partnerships and establish a trust relationship with clients
- Recognized ability to resolve problems and influence
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with HR team members
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and business acumen
- High work capacity and absolute discretion
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent mastery of French / English (spoken and written).*
