Project Manager

Project Manager is accountable for the delivery of program scopes assigned to the Global Technology Centre (GTC) in India, with primary responsibility to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of work performed by GTC. The successful candidate’s home office will be based in Mississauga, Ontario, with frequent travel to the India GTC offices.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Engineering or a science-based discipline, and/or a professional Project or Program Management qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary projects in a complex engineering or technical environment.
• Minimum 3 years of contract management experience.
• Proven experience managing and developing project team members, including setting expectations, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting professional growth.
